Double flap valves are most commonly used in industrial applications for dry, bulk material handling applications, ranging from fine powders to chunky, odd-shape large particles with various types of equipment operating under positive or negative pressure.
These valves are designed to create a seal that will eliminate emissions, tramp, and fugitive air into your systems, while continuing to convey highly abrasive or lumpy materials, which have tendency to stick.
Our Standard sizes include:- 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600. Other tailor made sizes on request.
Valve options include stainless steel construction, high temperature construction, strengthened casing, stuffing box shaft seals or standard lipped seals and various timer devices.
